support

Our technical support team are here to help our customers and their manufacturing chain. Our expertise is extensive and covers everything from raw materials and production processes to a thorough understanding of how materials and additives behave and perform during processing and storage.

We have robust competencies in the following areas:

  • Product design and specification
  • Product performance validation (e.g. thermal stability, barrier properties)
  • Product manufacturing trials and optimisation (e.g. film blowing, injection moulding, roto moulding, blow moulding, extrusion lamination)
  • End-of-life characterisation (composting, incineration, biodegradation)

We have access to facilities to allow prototyping of the following processes:

  • Injection moulding
  • Extrusion
  • Sheet and film production
  • Fiber manufacture

Our commercial/technical team work with brand owners and their converters to bring their sustainable ideas to life.  Our bioplastics are considered the “best-in-the-market” for use on conventional processing equipment but we encourage our customers to work with our support team on their first production run.
